About Your Drive

Your Drive is a directory of RV parks, campgrounds and overnight parking across the United States, made for families who live and travel full-time in their RVs. We built it because finding tonight's stop usually means juggling a map, a dozen park websites and old forum posts. Here you can compare places state by state, see the amenities that matter to a family on the road, and go straight to the park's own website to book.

What you will find here

  • RV parks by state: RV parks and resorts, state and national park campgrounds, and places that allow an overnight stay, each with its type, location, amenities and nightly rate when the park shares one.
  • The road: the same parks shown as roadside signs you can drive past, for browsing the way you would on a real trip.
  • The blog: practical guides on RV travel, from hookups and boondocking to seasonal road trips.

Where our listings come from

Every listing starts from one of three places, and each page says which:

  • Public map data. Many parks were first added from OpenStreetMap, a map built by volunteers. We credit it wherever those listings appear, as its licence asks.
  • The park's own website. We read details such as amenities and prices from each park's official site and note the month we checked.
  • Park owners. Owners can add or claim their park. We review every submission by hand before it appears, and a claimed listing is marked as verified by the owner.

Details that have not been confirmed by the owner are labelled unverified, so you know what to double-check. Prices, rules and seasons change, so always confirm with the park before you travel. If something is wrong, please tell us.

How we keep the lights on

Listing a park is free, and it always will be. We earn in two ways. Parks can pay for a bigger sign on the road and a place at the top of their state's list; those parks are always marked "Featured", their links are marked as sponsored, and paying never changes what we say about a park. We also show ads from Google AdSense on some directory pages. Read our privacy policy for how ads and analytics use cookies.
